A credit card is not required to make a reservation at our hotel.

We accept the major bank cards. Maestro, Vpay, VISA and Mastercard payments. Online you can pay with us through various payment options.

Yes, you can pay cash in our hotel.

Hotel: Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Please let us know if you arrive later.  
Vacation home Dorpsstraat 10: Check-in is from 4 p.m. onwards.

Can you check in at the hotel for the vacation home. The hotel is diagonally across the street from the vacation home.

You are already welcome in our hotel and can store luggage in the luggage room. You can also use the living room and our general facilities. Rooms are ready from 3 p.m.

The Vlieland Hotel has a unique location at the beginning of the Dorpsstraat. Due to its central location in the village, the ferry port and cozy restaurants and cafes are nearby.

Pets are not allowed.

The Vlieland Hotel and Holiday Home Dorpsstraat 10 is 100% non-smoking. You can smoke on our back terrace.

Our hotel is unfortunately not suitable for the disabled.

In the breakfast room we serve a breakfast buffet daily from 8:30 am to 10:00 am. If you book your room including breakfast, you can also use unlimited coffee and tea throughout the day. If you booked your room without breakfast, you can book breakfast separately at the reception for 14.50 euros per person.

We have a sustainable cleaning policy. Rooms are not routinely visited by housekeeping every day. If you wish your room to be cleaned during the day, please hang the door hanger that says "cleaning please" on the outside of the door. If you do not do this we will not disturb you.

The cottage is cleaned after each stay. Do you need clean towels or bedding? Please contact the hotel reception.

We do not offer bicycle rentals. Please ask at the front desk for a discount voucher.

Behind the hotel is an uncovered bicycle storage area with charging stations.

Hotel: Check-out possible between 8:30 and 10:30 am. A late check-out is possible based on availability and for a fee. 

Vacation home Dorpsstraat 10: Check-out until 10:00.

No problem. You may store luggage for as long as necessary.

In case of cancellation, the guest will owe 100% of the reservation value. Change or cancellation is not possible.

It is possible to cancel arrangements up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations within 7 days before arrival, the guest will owe 100% of the reservation value. Arrangements must be paid directly online when booking. Should cancellations be made up to 7 days before arrival, the guest will receive a full refund.

Payment of 30% the total amount immediately after booking by bank transfer. The remaining 70% must be paid 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days after booking.

• For cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the guest will owe 30% of the total amount. 
• For cancellation within 30 days before arrival, the guest will owe 100% of the total amount.

If you do not have continuous cancellation insurance, we recommend purchasing cancellation insurance for your trip.

Additional charges for Holiday home Dorpsstraat 10 on top of the price as listed in the price list:

• Cleaning fee once 50 euros. 
• Linen including make-up service at 15 euros per person.
• Tourist tax per person per night.
