For Het Vlielandhotel we are looking for a new representative for our company. You are the point of contact for your guests and at the same time you have an overview of what is going well and what could be improved within the company. You are representative, like to give your guests attention and solve problems with a smile. You enjoy taking responsibility and the choices you make have a positive influence on the results of the hotel.
Your duties include:
- Checking in and out of guests
- Accepting and managing bookings
- Supervision of breakfast
- Various reception activities and administrative tasks
- Starting and closing the day
